A highly accomplished professional, Mr. Bilcliffe has experience in public health, information technology, policy & operations, infrastructure development, privatization, and finance. His professional experience has been gained by working in international commerce and industry over the past 20 years. An enthusiastic and energetic board level executive and infrastructure change consultant, Mr. Bilcliffe has developed and delivered strategically focused policy and commercially oriented solutions to complex technological and operating situations in over 40 countries worldwide. David is also a pilot and a former Royal Air Force officer.

Dr. Arthur Papier
Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Papier is the founder of Logical Images, Inc. and a Main Board Director for Logical Images Ltd. Based in the United States; Dr. Papier coordinates all product research and design. He is an Assistant Professor in Dermatology and Medical Informatics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and an Affiliate, of the Healthy Skin Consortia, Center for Future Health, University of Rochester. Dr. Papier is a dermatology and medical informatics expert whose research focuses on the development and study of real-time reference systems for physicians and consumers concentrating on visually rich knowledge areas. He recently was awarded a $2 million grant from the NIH to create a standardized lexicon for the field of dermatology. A graduate of Wesleyan University, Dr. Papier completed his premed studies at Columbia University, received his M.D. from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and completed his graduate medical training at the Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, MA and the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, NY.

Consultant Medical Director Michael Staunton has just finished a tour of duty as UK's medical liaison officer with the US Armed Forces. He brings considerable practical experience in emergency military medicine, primary health care including occupational and public health medicine. In addition to UN operational and medical work in Europe, he has also worked in Africa, the Near and the Far East. Michael was educated at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, The Medical College of St. Bartholomew's Hospital and The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine at London University. He has also attended courses in Vienna, Austria, Scotland and Washington, D.C. and was appointed as honorary lecturer in General Practice at St.Bartholomew's. He has been admitted in 2004 to the Order of Military Medical Merit.

Financial Director

Roger Hodgkison is an Executive Main Board Director, and is based in the UK. His prime responsibilities include directing the financial affairs of the company, and he holds the executive role of Company Secretary. Roger has over thirty years experience in finance, partly within the profession where he headed major audits including those of international banks and the UK Post Office, and partly in industry where he held positions as financial director to the first European Contact Lens company and also to two successive groups working within sectors dealing with IT/computer development and engineering planning of large scale construction including North Sea Oil projects.

Christopher Grebby, BSc (Hons)
Director of Information Technology

Chris Grebby is an Executive Main Board Director based in the UK. His prime responsibilities are ensuring the provision of technical support and instruction for our clients. This includes advising clients on the installation and integration of the VisualDx systems into networks and product customization. Mr. Grebby delivers hands-on computer expertise with extensive knowledge and skills in a variety of operating systems and network configurations. He has headed his own independent IT consultancy, Chrysalis Systems, which he founded in 1996. Mr. Grebby’s expertise includes the management techniques required for running Windows NT Networks, ICT project management and installation controls in accordance with ISO 9000 standards and, his technical experience includes, Windows 3.x – 9x, MS DOS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and FrontPage. These together with database design in Access, SQL, FoxPro and CA Open Ingress (ODBC) and an ability to programme in C++, C++ Builder, Visual Basic 6, JAVA script, HTML, PHP, ASP, ADA and Turbo Pascal and SSADM techniques provide a spectrum of capability if required. A graduate of Brighton University, UK, Chris Grebby holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Studies (II.ii). Whilst at University he specialised in multimedia application development along with Access database creation and integration with the Internet (ASP). Earlier in his studies at Brighton University, Chris gained a Higher National Diploma in Computing & Software Engineering, focusing on software and Internet development using C++, Java and HTML.

John Quackenboss is a founding Shareholder of Logical Images Ltd and an Executive Main Board Director. Based in the United States, his prime responsibilities are to work with the Boards of Logical Images, Inc. and Logical Images, Ltd. to coordinate sales and marketing efforts and guide the delivery of our international sales & marketing plan. Prior to establishing himself with Logical Images, Mr. Quackenboss worked in the IT industry selling, planning, and managing software and engineering deployments for companies that included Computer Associates International and Northrop Grumman. Quackenboss, who is based in the Washington, D.C. area, provides Logical Images with links to multinational business, international finance, government, and non-governmental organizations.
